D2B shall take reasonable steps to protect Your Personal Information (as defined below).
We will not disclose Personal Information about our users and/or registered members to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to You - e.g. arranging for an Item to be sent to You, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of user's research and profiling.
We are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information you share with us.
“Personal Information” means any information that may be used, either alone or in combination with other information, to personally identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, personal profile, a home or other physical address, an email address or other contact information.

Currently, we do not require You to provide Personal Information in order to have access to information available on our Site. However, in order to provide you with certain services given through the Site, you must create an account (“Account”) and provide us with your email address, a password that you will use for your Account and other specified information. We shall then send you an email to your email address to instruct you on the confirmation process of your registration.
Personal information collected from You may be deleted from the Site and its databases when Your account on the Site is terminated for any reason.
In the event that Your Personal Information is inaccurately or incompletely reflected on the Site, You agree that it is Your responsibility to notify the Site of this fact and to supply the Site with the accurate or complete information to enable the Site to address Your concerns.

The Way We Use Personal Information

In the event that D2B is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our users and/or registered members as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be able to control how your Personal Information is treated, transferred, or used.
